Took my 2010 E350 to Autonology for some pretty big repairs. Initially I went to another local foreign car repair shop where I was quoted an outrageous price. I called Autonology where I spoke with Justin who gave me a ball park estimate on price and repairs that made sense and was reasonable. I drove the car in, they did an inspection after which I was quoted a very good price. The repairs were done quickly and the car was delivered promptly. Autonology is a great repair shop that I highly recommend to anyone needing work done on their vehicle. First class work and service! Thank you to Justin and Team Autonology.

At Auto shops you hear that you'll be taken care of alot but at Autonology they stand by thier word. I was at a loss, collecting estimates not knowing if I should just get rid of my vehicle. I was given a great price and assured that our car would last much longer than I expected. It was such a seamless experience dropping my vehicle off and picking it up the next day. Efrain showed empathy through out the whole process. 10/10!

When I tell you that Autonology is THEE only auto repair shop I totally trust, I mean it! And when I say trust, that includes trust to properly diagnose the problem, trust to do the work right; trust to help find the best pricing and quality (no cheap stuff ever!) for the parts that are needed; and trust that they will stand behind their work with amazing customer service, and top tier warranty coverage. These guys KNOW THEIR STUFF, and they pass their expertise and knowledge onto their customers by way of impeccable work and work ethic, and reasonable turn around times. Autonology is our go to shop for maintenance and repairs on our import vehicles. I’ve been dealing with them for years and NEVER had an issue. First their techs are stellar at pin point diagnosis. No guessing, deducing or worst throwing parts at issues wasting money. They truly are experts in their fields knowing exactly what you need. They service most/all imports. When I go there it’s always a selection of fine automobiles there good to know mines are in good company lol. They use only factory parts that insure you get the best quality parts designed for your vehicle by the manufacturer that won’t void factory warranty if you need to take to dealership or fail prematurely. They are so good at what they do and competitive at pricing they tend to be busy but if you call in first one of their experienced and friendly service writers will find you a date/time that’s convenient and they have generous hours to accommodate busy work schedules. Their new office is magnificent! Recently remodeled and spacious. It’s definitely not the typical waiting room it is clean, updated and easily to go in and out of if you want to go outside to take a quick walk to grab some food from numerous f
